Shipping & Returns
We normally ship orders within 2-3 business days once received. The available services for most products are UPS Ground and United States Postal Service Priority Mail. The shipping rate will be based on the weight of the contents and destination of the package. The rate for each selection will be reflected in your shopping cart and will update as items in the cart are added or removed. Bravus may hold a shipment during extremely hot or cold weather to protect the quality of items purchased. These occurrences are most likely during summer months in southwestern states, and winter months in northern states. When we temporarily hold your shipment, we’ll notify you by email.
Although our goal is for all our customers to be satisfied with their orders, we do not provide refunds once your order ships. If you are unhappy with the product, or it is damaged, please take a picture and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org; we will happily work with you to resolve your issue.
